1. What is a Teasty Tea Experience Box? 

A Teasty Tea Experience Box is everything you would want. It contains the month’s special collection of loose leaf tea and much much more. From a tasty tea snack, to an activity that helps soothe the soul. It’s a monthly mystery surprise for you to indulge in.

2. What is a Teasty Tea Only Box?

A Teasty Tea Only Box has only each month’s special collection loose leaf tea.

3. What is the difference between Teasty Tea Experience Box and Teasty Tea Only Box?

A Teasty Tea Experience Box delivers a monthly tea experience that includes the month’s special collection tea, plus tasty snacks and much much more. The Teasty Tea Only Box  has only each month’s special collection loose leaf tea. Whatever box you choose, you can rest assured you will be able to sit back and enjoy a tasty cuppa Teasty Tea.

4. How do I sign up for a Teasty Tea Experience of Teasty Tea Only Box?

Signing up to a Teasty Tea Experience or Tea Only Box only takes a few minutes. Simply click here to select a subscription plan and checkout.

5. Can I choose what is in my box?

Teasty Tea Boxes are all about discovering and rediscovering new and traditional blends so the contents of the box are a surprise every month! Teasty may not be able to guarantee  that all or any of the products in the monthly box will adhere to your specific dietary needs and lifestyle. Teasty Tea is not responsible or liable for you receiving a product in your monthly box that you are unable or unwilling to consume for any reason whatsoever. May we suggest a re-gift if that happens? 

6. How are Teasty Teas created?

We are a small team of tea lovers with one goal, to create the best tasting tea experience. We search all over the world and meticulously select the finest ingredients to brighten up your day. Our team meets with local suppliers to ensure ethical processes are in place and the freshest tea quality is delivered to you. 

In fact, we taste test multiple cups of tea on a daily basis to ensure we bring you the best blends possible. 

7. How many cups will the tea leaf make?

In most cases, 2 grams (or about 1 tablespoon) will make a perfect 8 oz mug of tea, but you can adjust to taste. Some like a mild, gentle tea, others like a more punchy flavour. We’re not here to tell you how to live your lives, but be mindful that a tea might seem bitter if left to steep too long! 

8. What are the payment methods?

You can purchase our Tea Box Experiences from the 'Shop' page of this website. 

We accept payment from all standard credit cards, PayPal or Afterpay for our Australian customers. Afterpay will split your purchase into four manageable instalments.

If choosing a subscription, you will be charged on the first of each month.

 

Shipping Questions

1. When will my box arrive?

We send out box deliveries once a month, on the first week of each month. You need to place your order by the 25th of the month prior, in order to fall into the delivery window for the next month.

2. What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping is included in your mystery box.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 and shipping constraints, we do not currently ship worldwide. Australia and New Zealand only.

4. When can I expect my Teasty Tea delivery? 

You should be sipping your tea at the beginning of each month. Although we do ship all orders during the first week of each month, local postal delays may occur. You can keep an eye on your parcel's progress with the tracking information provided and contact us if you have any trouble tracking your parcel.  

COVID-19 UPDATE - All orders are sent with Tracked Shipping. While it is business as usual, there may be slight delays in delivery.  Please be patient with the postal services. Your order will be with you shortly and tea is the perfect antidote for the pandemic blues, so we know it’s worth the wait! 

5. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
